EXCHANGES
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you, we do check each and every piece before dispatch, However, we'd be happy to exchange any item.

We do provide exchanges for items with damages, manufacturing defects and for entirely different products you received.
Our exchange policy lasts till 3 days from the date of delivery.
No request will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and must retain tags and original packaging.

Note : A complete parcel opening video is required for any claim of defects, no complaints will be entertained without the complete parcel opening video without any cut or pause.

RETURNS
We offer returns for defective and faulty items only.
To apply for a return you can mail us your order details and concerns at teammalabis@gmail.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note : Sale items can’t be Exchanged/Returned.

REFUNDS
Once your return is accepted and approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited on the source of payment.
Refunds may take upto 7 working days from the date of approval.

Note : Shipping cost for the return product will be refunded only in case of defect items. Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within the mentioned duration, please check your bank account transaction history.
You may also contact your bank or credit card provider as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at teammalabis@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-7991487826 with the subject “Order Number + Name and address”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

If your selected size item has been shipped, Exchange, Return, or Refund will not be applicable for fitting issues.

Exchange is only possible if our team has mistakenly sent you the wrong size.

We always recommend selecting a size slightly bigger if you're unsure — this allows for easy alterations and a comfortable fit.

🎨 Color Clarity 

Real product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and photography.

If you’ve received the exact color you selected, Return or Exchange won't be available.

However, if a different color was mistakenly dispatched, we’ll gladly offer an exchange.
